“The a.c. In our room worked so I liked that No house keeping came to clean room after two days so I inquired. Was told unless you requested housekeeping they only come on fourth day of your stay. Rooms smelled Bathroom tiny tiny tiny Disappointing for price”

“New owners are starting to get the property around, but there's a ways to go. I don't know about all the rooms, but our shower was not good. They need to tear out all the old spa tubs and flooring and install modern bathroom settings. Our room had a bit of a musty odor too, whatever needs to be done to mitigate that should be high on the priority list. The property has great spaces, we loved the firepit and the the rest of our room outside the bath. The location is great for walking to town, and……

“We stay for two days and I expect that the staff will clean and arrange our beddings but she or he didn’t do it. They clean a little bit of our bathroom but the sink you can see the dirty that they didn’t clean. I hope the management will check the room specially the sink because need to be clean.”

“We had a relaxing stay at the Blue Heron. They have a nice breakfast in a cute breakfast area. The dockside bar and restaurant was very good and convenient with excellent service. “The staff was very friendly. We came to breakfast shortly before it closed and the attendant wanted to make sure we were able to have whatever had been available, even if it meant she would need to make more. The staff works very hard to make this a great place to stay!”
